Where to Use a Disguise Kit in Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2

Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2 is well underway. Players have found themselves completing tasks for the Resistance in order to thwart the advances of IO forces. This week, players have been given the mission of placing weapon schematics inside a Synapse Station.

Now, while this sounds simple enough, the game doesn't quite tell you where you need to go. Also, you can't just go walking into enemy territory - not as you are - so you'll need a disguise. That's where the disguise kit comes in handy. Here's how to get hold of one to complete your mission.

Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2: How to Use a Disguise Kit and Place Weapon Schematics in a Synapse Station

To kick things off, players will need to make their way to the Synapse Station POI. Here, you'll be asked to grab the disguise kit from a black briefcase outside of the location. The briefcase is actually to the west of the Synapse Station, just southwest of the pond. You'll see it sat in the middle of a large rock.

Now, with the briefcase collected, you'll notice your character has changed to that of a random NPC. Using this, you won't draw the attention of any hostile NPCs. The weapon schematics are also conveniently within the briefcase.

Head to a hallway between the Synapse Station garage and the building to the right. The exact location will glow once you've gotten close enough. Place the schematics down and that should be it for this week's quest.

Completing this task will earn players a tidy sum of 23,000 XP.
