Yannick Carrasco Shapeshifters SBC: Which Card Should You Take?
EA Sports released a Shapeshifters Yannick Carrasco player pick SBC on June 18, offering FIFA 22 players a choice between two outstanding cards. You are only able to take one of the cards upon completing the player pick, and for some, it may be a tough pick.
Your options are a 95-rated RW or 95-Rated CAM, and each card comes with its perks. Here, we'll break down each card and explain which may be the best to add to your Ultimate Team.
Shapeshifters Carrasco FIFA 22: 95 CAM Stats
Starting with the center attacking midfielder version of Shapeshifters Carrasco, this card received a major upgrade and is the first time that Carrasco has received a central-positioned card in FUT. His CAM card has the following upgraded stats:
- Pace: 97
- Shooting: 92
- Passing: 96
- Dribbling: 98
- Defending: 70
- Physical: 85
In addition to the stat boost, Carrasco also has 5* skill moves and a 4* weak foot, as well as high/high work rates. He looks to be one of the best CAMs in FIFA 22 from LaLiga, and can play anywhere in the attack and position changed from ST all the way to CDM to make chemistry easier for your team.
Shapeshifters Carrasco FIFA 22: 95 RW Stats
The Carrasco RW card is also the first time since FIFA 16 that Carrasco has had a card on the right-wing. This card has also received a huge upgrade and is an excellent choice to pick as well:
- Pace: 99
- Shooting: 98
- Passing: 92
- Dribbling: 96
- Defending:56
- Physical: 85
While the CAM has 5* skill moves, the RW Shapeshifters card for Carrasco has a 5* weak foot instead, maintaining his original 4* skill moves. For a winger or striker, this card also looks extremely tasty, with maxed-out pace and near-perfect shooting. His RW is one of only 10 cards in the game with 98 shooting or above, putting him in elite company and making him one of the highest-rated wingers in the LaLiga.
Which Shapeshifter Carrasco Should You Take
Now for the tough question: which card do you take? The answer is simply to take what you need. If you need a new striker, the RW may be the better choice. For a great CAM or winger, the CAM Carrasco may be the better choice, because of his nearly maxed out passing and dribbling stats.
The answer also depends on if you prioritize skill moves or weak foot. If you want to shoot on both feet, you should take the RW. However, if you're a skiller the CAM is superior.
Personally, my Ultimate Team could use a new striker, and since I prefer a weak foot over skill moves, I'll be taking the RW with maxed pace and shooting. An engine chemistry style makes the RW great for a striker, CAM or even winger. However, it is a close call, and those who choose the CAM instead aren't missing out on much either. A marksman on the CAM makes Carrasco a top-tier attacking midfielder, but if you want the extra pace like the RW has, an engine or hunter chemistry style will suffice.
