Zombie Royale Warzone Quads: Tips to Surviving

The Haunting of Verdansk Halloween event in Call of Duty: Warzone is in full swing and players have had time to test out the new highly anticipated Zombie Royale game mode. There are several new additions included in this game mode including Humans turning into Zombies when they die, the Zombies can redeploy as humans after finding antivirals and so on.

If you are struggling to win games with your squad in Zombie Royale, here are some tips to survive.

1. Keep Your Cool

When players become Zombies they gain an increase in movement speed along with harder hitting melee attacks. It may be overwhelming to be mobbed by a group of Zombies but make sure to keep your cool. Remember that you have the better weapon and are often more potent at range.

2. Carry Lighter Weapons

As previously mentioned Zombies get a boost in movement speed and thrive in close combat. Carrying lighter guns in exchange for less damage could extend your lifetime by just enough to escape or land a headshot.

3. Know the Zombie Abilities

Zombies also have three abilities that must be taken into account. They get a charged jump which allows them to jump greater distances, an EMP blast that destroys enemy electronics and a Gas Grenade that damages and acts as sort of a flash bang grenade. Keeping track of these abilities will be crucial to surviving.

4. Win with a Hybrid Team

Zombies are given a host of abilities that can be taken advantage of and as stated in the rules, "the last team standing with a live Operator wins." This means that you can still win if you have zombies on your team. Combining the range of guns and close range damage from Zombies is a deadly combo that should be taken advantage of.
